Democratic government is a type of government in which the leader is elected by all population or eligible population. India is the world's largest democracy. India becomes democratic after the freedom from British rule in 1947 it means that Indian democracy is 70 years old. By democracy in India, everyone gets the right to vote and elect their favourite representative without any discrimination on basis of caste, creed, colour, religion and gender. Indian democracy has gone from several layers of evaluation and it changes over time.

Indin has 1.3 billion people which is 17% of the world population all living on 1/3 if we compared the U.S area. In every 5 years world biggest man show is held in India this is the Indian election. In the 2019 election, there are 900 million eligible voters in India in the U.S In 7 presidential elections held with this number of voters. 8,000 candidates of 450 panties are fighting for 543 seats in Lok sabha where 2 seats are reserved for candidates for the Anglo Indian community or mixed Indian. If we break down the number of voters and the number of candidates, we find that 1M.P represents 1.5 million voters. Voting takes place in 29 states and 7 union territories. Constituencies in-state are depending on how populated the state is.

How such a massive election organised in India?
Every Indian election is held under the supervision of the election Commission of India. 3.6 million voting machines are used in an election. In India, there is no voting day there are voting month election here election is held in many phases. 11 million government workers and 2.5 million security officer are working together to make this election successful. 1 million voting poll are setting up across the country. In India, two voting polls are not situated more than 2 km of distance.

After the election, the counting of the vote is also a big task. 4,000 counting sector are open across the country. After the counting of the vote is finished the results are announced and all the parties should accept the results no one can say that they don't accept the results.
